      Click "Start," "Control Panel," and click "Programs and Features."

      Highlight "Quickbooks" and select "Remove."

      Restart the computer to complete the uninstall.

      Insert the disc for your new accounting program.

      Click "Start," "Computer," click your optical drive, and double-click "Setup.exe." Select "Install" and follow the onscreen instructions (e.g. accepting the license terms) to install the software.
