A flight attendant, or cabin crew member, is a career that is best for people with strong communication and customer service skills. Complete your Advanced Level General Certificate of Education, or A-levels. You must be 18 years old to enter flight attendant training.

Enroll in a program at one of the many colleges in London, such as the London Metropolitan Training. These programs teach training such as customer service and airline procedures.

Complete the program at your college of choice and consider positions offered at the end of the program. Some programs work specifically with such airlines as British Airways to recruit graduates into entry-level positions.

Apply for a job at one of the many airlines out of London, such as Ryan Air, British Airways or Air New Zealand. Find openings on the airlines' websites or through a temp agency.

Complete the airline's training program. This will specifically cover the airline's procedures and expectations. You then enter into a probationary period to learn the job. Airlines such as Ryan Air may ask that you pay for the training expenses, which is taken out of your weekly paycheck.
