How to Install a Sony Laptop Video Inverter Card
Your Sony laptop's inverter is a small electronic device built into your LCD screen. It sends power to your LCD backlight device, allowing you to view images on your LCD screen. If your inverter goes bad, your LCD screen may start to darken, or as is often the case, the screen will go completely black. You will have to disassemble the LCD panel on your Sony laptop to gain access to the inverter circuit board.
