How to Edit a Quote Template in CRM
The Microsoft Dynamic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software application is used to manage sales for your business. You can track sales, generate reports and add specific client information. You can keep track of all of your customers and establish a quote for them using one of the quote templates. You can edit the information and look of the quote templates in the CRM application at any time and then save your changes.

Open the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application on your computer.

Click on the “Quotes” option from the "Sale Configuration" menu and then click on the “Quote Templates” option.

Right-click on the quote template that you want to edit and then click on the “Edit” option.

Click on the template hyperlink and the template will open. Right-click on any fields and click on the “Properties” option.

Change the font, color, borders or any other options to meet your preferences. Close out of the "Properties" dialog box.

Click on the “Save” button from the top of the application to save your changes to the quote template.
