The process of sending money is fast and easy, and you only need the recipient's email address or bank account information. The latter two companies work the same way, while Moneybookers operates a bit differently.

Click the “Sign Up” button.

Enter an email ID, password, country of residence, bank account or credit/debit card information. This information is required for registering with the website.

Click on “Send Money” from the home page.

Enter the recipient’s email address and specify the amount of money that you want to send. Also, select the currency in which you want to send the money. You can select euros for Belgium or your local currency in U.S. dollars.

Click “Send” to make the transfer from your bank account to the recipient’s bank account. Upon sending the money, the recipient in Belgium will receive an email from Moneybookers. The email will guide the recipient through the procedure of depositing the money into a bank account.
Western Union or Xoom

Go to Western Union’s or Xoom’s website and click on “Register” or ”Register Today.” Enter your details, such as name, card billing address, phone number, email address and credit/debit card number. Once you’re registered, you can start sending money to a Belgium bank account.

Go to Xoom's home page and click on “Send Money.” Select “Send Money Online” for Western Union.

Select “Belgium” as the country that you are sending the money to.

Select “Direct to Bank” or ”Bank Deposit,” since you’re transferring to a bank account.

Enter the recipient’s bank account information and click “Continue.” After reviewing the transaction details, confirm the transfer and the money will be sent to the recipient in Belgium.
