Instructions

  1. Super Pizzas

    • 1

Prepare pizza ingredients prior to the party. Place the ingredients into small bowls, making sure there are enough ingredients for each child’s pizza. Provide ingredients such as cheese, pizza sauce, mushrooms and pepperoni.

    • 2

Give each guest a small ball of pizza dough. You can use pre-made pizza dough from the refrigerated section of your local grocery store. Make sure the ball is large enough to make a small personal pizza for each child.

    • 3

Have each guest roll out his pizza dough into a flat shape. The guests can either form the dough into the shape of their favorite superhero or make their own superhero emblem. Another option is to provide the guests cookie cutters that represent the shapes of different superhero emblems, such as spiders, bats, lightning bolts and the letter "S."

    • 4

Allow the guests to top their pizzas with the provided ingredients.

    • 5

Bake the pizzas in the oven according to directions and serve.

    Doc Oct Dogs

    • 6

Use a knife to cut hot dogs in half. You will need two hot dogs per guest.

    • 7

Cut the ends of the hot dogs into eight tentacles. Start at the cut end of the hot dog and cut upward, lengthwise, stopping about an inch from the top.

    • 8

Boil the cut hot dogs in a sauce pot of water.

    • 9

Remove the hot dogs from the water and serve them with ketchup and mustard. After boiling, the hot dogs will begin to look like the tentacles of Doc Oct, one of the Spider-Man villains.

    The Flash Punch

    • 10

Mix together four liters of lemon-lime soda and one gallon of fruit punch in a large punch bowl. Make sure the beverages are chilled before mixing them.

    • 11

Add 1/2 gallon of fruit sherbet into the soda mixture using an ice cream scoop. You may need to leave the sherbet on the counter for 30 minutes or so to soften it.

    • 12

      Stir to combine.

    • 13

Freeze enough light-up plastic ice cubes so there is one for each guest. Add one ice cube to each child’s cup and pour the punch over top to turn it into the Flash’s punch.
