Often, mild floor cleaning products do not remove all of the hairspray. It, therefore, becomes necessary to use a cleaning solution specifically designed to remove hairspray buildup. Things You'll Need

  • Bucket
  • Water
  • Vinegar
  • Dish soap
  • Mop

Instructions

      Pour 1 gallon of hot water, 5 drops of dish soap and 2 tablespoons of vinegar in a bucket.

      Swish your cleaning mop in the bucket and wring it out.

      Wipe the mop over the hairspray buildup, going over the bathroom floor as much as you need until all of the hairspray has been removed.

      Let the floor air-dry. Repeat all steps if any hairspray remains.
