Becoming a substitute teacher in Michigan is not difficult.

Many find teaching to be a rewarding career, and many others get a degree in education, only to find later on the field isn't for them. If you are considering teaching, one way to test the waters is to become a substitute teacher. Granted, substitute teaching is not the same as teaching full time. The pay is much less and you have the disadvantage of not getting to know your students. But, you do get a taste for what is required to have command of the classroom and conduct lessons. Becoming a substitute teacher in Michigan is fairly easy, especially if you already have the necessary level of college credits.
