The refrigerator is one of the biggest investments you will make for your kitchen. Since refrigerators are usually in a central area, they are prone to dents and dings. When the refrigerator door has a dent, the whole appliance can look worn. When a dent isn’t taken care of immediately, it can become a real problem, evolving into a hole and leaking cold air. Fortunately, the repair is quick and easy.
Things You'll Need
- Hair dryer Compressed air Rag All-purpose cleaner
Plug the electrical end of your hair dryer into an electrical socket close to the refrigerator. Turn the hair dryer on and turn it to the highest setting.
Turn the can of compressed air upside-down so the bottom is facing upward. Aim the compressed air nozzle directly at the refrigerator’s dent.
Spray down the dent and the surrounding area with the can of compressed air for 30 seconds. Wait for the dent to pop out.
Clean the surface of the former dent, using an all-purpose cleaner and a dishwashing rag.
Tips & Warnings
