Instructions

    • 1

Fill a spray bottle with warm water and add several drops of mild liquid dish-washing detergent. Close the top of the bottle and shake it to mix the soap with the water.

    • 2

Spray the soap mixture on the burnt rubber glove stain until it is completely soaked. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

    • 3

Scrub the stains with a soft bristled brush until the stain has been completely removed.

    • 4

If the stain is still visible, add enough drops of water to a tablespoon of baking soda so that a paste is formed.

    • 5

Rub the paste over the rubber glove stain with the corner of a damp rag. Baking soda is mildly abrasive so use care as to not scratch the surface of the stainless steel.

    • 6

Rinse the area with clear water to prevent streaking.

    • 7

Rub the stainless steel with a soft cloth until it is completely dry. This will prevent watermarks from developing.
