How to Adjust Bike Shocks

Most bicycle shocks will have a small screw that controls the tension of the shock. The placement of that screw will be different on every set of shocks. You will need the tools that came with the bike or the shocks when you purchased it. On the top of the shocks will be a sticker with " + and - " on it. This will let you know which way to turn the screwdriver to tighten or loosen the shocks.
