Voicemail is the messaging service where you can leave a message if you call a cell phone and no one answers. When you listen to your voicemails, sometimes you might delete one too soon, and want to hear it again. Luckily, you have the chance to listen to your deleted message once more, before you exit the voicemail system.

      Call your voicemail when you receive a new message. Input your password (if necessary) followed by the pound (#) sign to access your voicemail. After each message plays, you are presented with several options. Press the appropriate number to delete your message.

      If you want to listen to a message after deleting it, press the appropriate key when offered the menu of voicemail options again.

      When the message finishes playing, you will have the same choices again, and you can delete or save. Once you're finished, exit voicemail to permanently delete the message.

Tips & Warnings

  • It's always a good idea to save any voicemails you might need.

  • Once you delete a message and exit the voicemail session, you cannot listen to it again.
