How to Unsubscribe From Privacy Matters

Privacy Matters provides credit services.

Privacy Matters is a company that provides you with a credit monitoring service. When you subscribe as a member to Privacy Matters, you are provided with access to all of their various credit services. If you no longer want to be a member of Privacy Matters, you must unsubscribe from their services. Additionally, you may be on the Privacy Matters email list. You must unsubscribe using a separate process to remove yourself from the email list.

Instructions

Unsubscribe From Privacy Matters Membership

1. Dial 888-239-3919 using a telephone.

2. Press "5" to speak directly with a customer representative.

3. Inform the representative that you want to cancel and unsubscribe your membership with Privacy Matters. Make sure you have your account number and other account information readily available.

4. Answer any other questions the representative has for you. After you have completed the phone call, you have successfully unsubscribed as a Privacy Matters member.

Unsubscribe From Email List

1. Open your Web browser and visit the "Contact Us" page of the Privacy Matters website. See Resources for a link to this page.

2. Fill in the required information into the web form. Include your first name, last name, address, city, state, zip code and email address.

3. Click the "Select a Subject" drop-down menu and choose "Unsubscribe from Future Marketing."

4. Click "Send Email" at the bottom of the page and you have successfully unsubscribed from the Privacy Matters email list.
