How to Mix Vinegar to Wash Windows
Washing windows with a homemade vinegar solution is an admirable decision since it is environmentally friendly. Thankfully, the solution is also highly effective at leaving windows with a brilliant streak-free shine. Properly mix together the water, white vinegar and dish soap in the proper ratio and quickly clean the windows in your home. Does this Spark an idea?
Things You'll Need
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 tsp. dish detergent
- Plastic spray bottle
- Lint-free cloth

Unscrew the cap on a plastic spray bottle.

Pour 4 cups of warm water, 1/2 cup of white vinegar and 1 tsp. of dish detergent into the bottle.

Screw the cap back onto the spray bottle and vigorously shake the bottle to fully mix the contents.

Spray the solution directly onto the window, allow it settle for one minute, then thoroughly scrub the window with a lint-free cleaning cloth.
