Windows XP is an operating system created by Microsoft Corporation. Windows XP offers many features to its users including the feature to create a bootable CD. The bootable CD is very useful as you can boot Windows directly from the CD in cases where Windows will not boot by itself. Creating a bootable CD takes a few minutes and only requires a blank writable CD.
