  • To save money, many companies offer beta position to high-ranked players within a particular game’s franchise. While these will not make you money, they do give you bragging rights over your friends.
  • It is not advisable to attempt to become a beta tester for profit. While paid positions are available, it is harder to become a professional beta tester than it is to become a professional athlete.
