Employers seek candidates with flexible schedules, good communication and people skills, organization skills and the ability to multi-task. It is crucial to possess solid server qualities and experience in order to land a server job. One of the surest ways to win a job is to exude confidence. Employers prefer someone who is reliable and meets all the job requirements.
