1
Lay a piece of fabric flat on a table. The fabric can be any kind you like, though a poly-satin in pale pink or blue makes a nice, inexpensive option. The amount of fabric depends on the size of the photo album being used, but about one foot of material will work for most albums.

2
Open the two leaves of a photo album and lay them flat on the piece of fabric. Trace the outline of the album onto the fabric with a pencil. Cut out this tracing, leaving an extra inch of material to allow for seams.

Fold over each side of the fabric about 1/2 an inch and glue down with super glue. Place the album back on the fabric and wrap each side of the material over the edges of the album's sides, as if you were wrapping a present. Glue the fabric to the album sides with super glue.

4
Decorate the front of the album by attaching paper scrapbooking cut-outs with super glue. Scrapbook cut-outs can be found at most craft stores, and come in baby shapes like bottles, rattles and pacifiers.

Tips & Warnings
If the album is for a friend, consider writing an inscription on the inside cover of the album.
Make sure not to get any super glue on your fingers or clothes.
