How to Design a Business Card Holder
Business cards are one of the most effective ways to advertise your business. They cost little to produce, they're easy to carry and they provide a way for prospective clients to contact you. For a place to store your business cards at your office, make a business card holder from scratch. It's another way to save money while promoting your business.

1
Cut a piece of wax paper 1 foot long. This will serve as your work area because the wax won't allow things to stick to it.
-
2
Lay two craft sticks flat on the wax paper, side by side. Use strong glue to glue them together to form the base of the cardholder.
-
-
3
Glue four craft sticks together the same way to form the back of the cardholder. Stand the piece upright and apply glue along the bottom edge of the bottom stick. Press the glued edge against the base piece of the cardholder.
-
4
Lay three craft sticks side by side and glue them together to form the front of the cardholder. Repeat the process in step 3 to glue the piece to the base of the cardholder.
-
5
Use scissors to cut 1.25 inches off either end of two craft sticks. Discard the middle sections. Lay the remaining pieces side by side and glue them together in two pairs. Apply glue along the bottom edge of each pair and press it against the base of the cardholder to form the left and right sides.
-
6
Let the glue on the business card holder dry. Fill it with business cards.
