1
Choose the type of decorative bowl you will use for the basin of your indoor waterfall fountain. Any bowl with do. The size depends on how much water you want your waterfall to push through. Ideally, a bowl that has a 6-inch radius will do. This will be large enough to hold a decent amount of water that will cover the submersible pump.

2
Place the submersible pump into the decorative basin. Attach a water line to the pump. Submersible pumps can be found at any home store, specifically designed for indoor waterfall fountains.

3
Insert the weir of the waterfall. The weir is the back wall that the water will fall from. Weirs can be found in any home store in the same section you will find the submersible pump. Weirs come in all shapes and sizes, so you will have to decide on one that will suit your fountain most and that will fit into a container with a 6-inch radius. Connect the other opening of the water line onto the weir.

4
Add decorative stones or pebbles to the water basin. You can add as little or as much as you'd like. Just ensure that the stones discreetly hide the pump.
-
5
Fill the basin with water. You need to add enough water so that the submersible pump is entirely immersed. Plug in the pump to a nearby electrical outlet and wait for the water to circulate through.
