How to Make Your Own Desk Pad Calendar
Using a desk pad calendar keeps you organized at work because you can see what you need to accomplish right in front of you. A desk pad calendar lays on the desk and can cover the entire desk or part of it, depending on which size you would like the calendar to be. Choose a larger calendar if you need to write lots of information into each day’s tasks and to-do lists. Customize your calendar with embellishments, photos and stickers.
Things You'll Need

1
Purchase a thin piece of dry erase poster board. The dry erase poster board should be thin enough to lay flat on the desk and place a laptop on top of.
-
2
Tape the poster board to the desk using thick tape. Coordinating the color of the tape to the color of the desk will give the calendar a more professional look.

3
Decide whether to make this calendar a weekly or monthly calendar. To create a weekly calendar, mark seven sections and write the days of the week on the top of each section. For a monthly calendar, section off seven columns and at least four rows. Write the name of each day at the top and fill in the number date in every box.
-
4
Write your information in each block when appropriate. At the end of the week or month, simply erase the board and start fresh.
