How to Register a Copyright in India
Registering a copyright in India is little different than registering a copyright in the United States. The most notable exception is that online registration of a copyright is not available to residents of the United States. As of June, 2010, the United States, its territories and possessions are not present on the list of countries of residence in the "New User Registration" form. Registration as a user is required prior to completing the online copyright registration process.
