  • Adhesive glue for fabrics
  • Dull knife, optional

Instructions

      Lift the padding on the insole of the shoes. If necessary, pry up the insole with a dull knife.

      Cover the entire underside of the insole with a thin coating of fabric adhesive.

      Press the insole back into place inside the shoe, pressing firmly with your fingertips so the sole sticks tightly to the base of the shoe.

      Let the shoes sit overnight, which will allow the glue to dry entirely.
