How to Print Contacts From an Address Book onto a Page

Microsoft Windows 7, Vista and XP allow you to easily print contacts from an address book onto a page. For this purpose, you will have to first save the address book on your computer where a printer can access it. In addition, a printer should be connected to your computer for you to be able to print the address book contacts.

Instructions

    • 1

Open the address book containing the contacts that you want to print.

    • 2

Click the “Export” button to export the contacts from the address book. Select Comma Separated Values (CSV) as the format in which the address book is to be exported.
