Instructions for Candy Topiary Trees
Candy topiary trees can be used as a home decoration or used as a centerpiece for a special event such as a birthday party. For a twist, this homemade candy topiary tree uses candy and floral craft supplies. The hardest part of making this topiary tree is choosing the type of candy you like and not eating all of it before finishing your project.

1
Select a terracotta flower pot approximately 4 to 6 inches in diameter. Depending on how small or large you desire the candy topiary tree to be, use any size pot.
-
2
Place floral foam in the flower pot to the top edge. If necessary, cut pieces so it fits snugly. Floral clay can be used in place of the foam if desired.

3
Select floral foam cone that is 6 to 8 inches tall. Place the cone inside the flower pot, pushing it down so it fits snugly. If needed, add pieces of floral foam around the cone in the pot to hold it securely.

Use gumdrops or other candies of choice and glue the candy over the foam cone until completely covered to create a topiary tree. Use all one color of candy or a mixture depending on the look you wish to achieve.
