  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar

  • Large mixing bowl
  • ½ cup butter
  • ¾ cups milk
  • Large beaten egg
  • Rolling pin
  • Round cookie cutter
  • Melted butter
  • Wire rack

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place one rack in the center of the oven.
