How to Install a Fax Machine on a Computer With Windows Vista
Microsoft Windows Vista allows you to easily install a fax machine on your computer. Once installed, you can use the fax machine to send and receive fax messages directly from your computer. The fax messages are transmitted through an analog phone line connected to your computer via a fax modem. Digital phone lines cannot be used for sending and receiving faxes.
