How to Replace an Okidata Print Head
Okidata produces a number of dot matrix printers, which can render text and simple graphics at high speed. Dot matrix print heads strike metal pins against an ink-coated ribbon to transfer the print to paper. Okidata estimates that their print head can average 400 million characters before you need to replace it. When the time comes, take comfort in the fact that the process is relatively simple.
