How to Forward Outgoing Mail

Email programs usually come in a few different types. POP3, HTTP and SMTP. Internet-based email programs store your email on a remote server that you can access by logging into a website or server. You can also install email software which routes all of your email to a program on your computer so you can view it all at the same time instead of logging on to several different accounts. Microsoft Outlook and Mac Mail are both email software.
