1
Cut strips of tulle that are about three feet long and two inches wide. You'll need about 25 of these strips.
-
2
Cut a piece of elastic strip that is about 12 inches long. Use fabric glue to secure the ends of the elastic to one another so you have a circle.
-
-
3
Drape each strip of tulle over the elastic circle so half of each strip is on either side of the elastic. Tie each strip in a tight know. Repeat this all the way around the elastic circle until you have a full skirt reminiscent of a fairy princess gown.

4
Cut pieces of lace trim and attach to the neck and arm holes of a leotard with fabric glue, making a collar and decorative sleeves. Let glue dry.
-
5
Spray paint a cardboard crown with gold paint and let dry. Attach embellishments onto the crown with glue, decorating with items like sequins and plastic jewels.
