How to Register an LLC in Colorado
Any business that wants to form a limited liability company in Colorado must register with the state. Pursuant to Title 7 of the Colorado Revised Statutes, the company must file articles of organization with the Colorado Secretary of State's office. Once your articles have been processed by the state, your LLC is considered formed. The filing process is completely electronic available via the Secretary of State's website.
