Perform the shop. Take notes discreetly and never in visible places. Notice employee interaction, name tags and physical descriptions. You will need to provide credible information in your report to support these findings. The more descriptive you are the better your overall report rating will be. Take notice of your building upkeep such as housekeeping and building functions. For example, pay attention to trash, unclean tables and dirty bathrooms.
