Connect to the Internet. Open your web browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari).

The address bar is also called the navigation bar or URL bar. Type Glamour's URL, www.glamour.com, into the browser address bar.

Point and click on a section from the menu. Browse content using the navigation menu located across the top of the website. There you will find sections such as fashion, beauty, relationships and health. Click on a section to access its subsections. For example, the Fashion section has subsections like Outfit Ideas, Shoes and Celebrity Style. Click on a subsection to access all the content that would fall under its category.

Search the archives. Search for content in the archives. Locate the search box in the upper right side of the website, beneath the navigation menu. Type a word or phrase that you want to find content on. By default, search results will be listed by relevance. However, you can have the results listed in reverse chronological order by clicking "Date" in the "Sort By" options located directly above the search results.

Register with Glamour.com. Get more content by registering with Glamour.com. Click the "Join Free" link in the top left corner of the website. Complete the sign up form with your information and indicate whether or not you would like to subscribe to the print magazine or receive special promotions via email. When you submit the sign up form, you will instantly gain access to features like blog comments and forums.
