How to Get All Gags on "Toontown"
"Disney Toontown" is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) set in the Disney universe. Cogs, the enemies in the game, are defeated by using Gags to make them laugh. The game has seven different types of Gags. There are seven different Gags for each type, resulting in a total of 49 different Gags. Getting all the Gags in the game requires a combination of skill points and jellybeans, the in game currency to get.

Talk to any shopkeeper in the game. He will give you a ToonTask. Check the Shticker Book to see what the reward for that task is.

Complete any ToonTask that increases the number of Gag slots your character has. Initially, you will only have 20 Gag slots, which is not enough to get every Gag in the game. Repeat this until your character has 49 Gag slots. These tasks will require you to talk to the NPC indicated by the quest or defeat a certain number of enemies.

Go to one of Goofy's Gag Shop. There is one located in every district of "Disney Toontown."

Buy every Gag in the shop. This will cost a total of 42 Jellybeans. You can get all the Gags purchasable in the shop before you are skilled enough to use them. The level-seven Gags are not able to be purchased in the shop.

Fight Cogs with each type of Gag. Defeating Cogs gives skill points for that type of Gag. You skill level for each type of Gag determines the maximum level Gag you can use. The most efficient way to earn skill points is to fight Cogs the same level as the Gag you are using. You will not get skill points if your Gag is a higher level than the Cogs you are fighting.

Earn 10,000 skill points with each type of Gag. This will allow you to reach the maximum skill level for each type of Gag.

Earn an additional 500 skill points with each type of Gag. This will give you the level-seven Gag for that type. Unlike other Gags, level-seven Gags can be used only once. You can earn more uses of the level-seven Gag by earning 500 more skill points.
