There are many reasons you may need to find an address in Italy. For example, you may be trying to send a relative a package or trying to plan for future travel arrangements. No matter what the reason, the Internet makes it possible to search for Italian addresses easily. Locating an Italian address is almost identical to locating a U.S. address.

Use an Italian telephone directory site such as Pagine Bianche Online (White Pages Online) or Pronto to help find the address. You can search by name, city and telephone number (or a combination of all three) similar to American online directories. Some websites allow you to translate to English by clicking the British flag icon.

Use the information you know to locate the correct address. For instance, if you know the person's name is Antonio Martino and lives in Milan, type “Antonio Martino” in the field provided. If the website allows you to enter the city, enter "Milan" as well. Click the button and your results will populate.

Sift through the results to locate the correct person. There may be multiple people with the same name, so you may have to narrow the search down further with a middle initial or postal code. Once you’re confident you’ve found the correct person, note the address displayed.
