Instructions

    • 1

Insert the narrow end of the funnel into one of the balloons.

    • 2

Pour the flour into the balloon through the funnel. Shake the balloon gently to get the flour to settle at the bottom of the balloon.

    • 3

Squeeze the balloon to concentrate the flour into a compact mass, removing as much excess air from the inside of the balloon as possible.

    • 4

Tie the balloon into a large overhand knot just above the point where the flour ends inside the balloon.

    • 5

Cut off the excess balloon on the other side of the knot with the scissors.

    • 6

Cut off the neck of the other balloon with the scissors.

    • 7

Insert the flour-filled balloon into the other balloon through the circular hole in the top of the balloon. Push the flour-filled balloon to the bottom of the second balloon and twist the second balloon tightly around the first balloon. Wrap the second balloon around the first balloon a second time to make a second layer around the first balloon.

    • 8

Tuck the ends of the second balloon inside the wraps and twists to secure it tightly around the flour-filled balloon.

    • 9

Manipulate the stress ball with your hands. The triple layer of balloon material covering the flour should eliminate the possibility of leaks and breakage.
