How to Heal Wrinkles
Wrinkles appear on the face over years of repetitive facial gestures and a gradually softening and loss elasticity of the facial collagen. Although wrinkles are an inevitable effect of the aging process, there are topical remedies and exercises which can heal the wrinkles on the face and reduce their appearance. Does this Spark an idea?
Things You'll Need
- 4 tablespoons sour milk
- 1 tablespoon ground oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh horseradish
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 Vitamin E capsules
- 2 teaspoons plain yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Make a horseradish and sour milk remedy paste. Mix 4 tablespoons of sour milk with 1 tablespoon of ground oatmeal and 1 tablespoon of grated fresh horseradish. Leave the paste on the skin for 30 minutes before washing off. Do not use on wrinkles around the eyes.

Make a pumpkin seed paste. Ground pumpkin seeds using a food processor or mortar and pestle and add a small amount of olive oil. The mixture should have the consistency of thick paste. Apply to the skin and leave on for 30 minutes before rinsing the skin.

Exercise the muscles of the face using specific techniques for wrinkles. Fill the mouth with water and allow the cheeks to completely puff out. Keep the water in the mouth for as long as possible. Alternatively, throw scraps of paper around a table and try to blow the scraps off the table. Puff out the cheeks as you blow.

Add 3 Vitamin E capsules, 2 teaspoons of plain yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon of honey and 1/2 tsp lemon juice to a small bowl. Apply the mixture to the wrinkles on the face and neck using a cotton balll. Leave it on for 10 minutes and rinse.

Eat heathily. A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and oily fish can heal the appearance of wrinkles. Remember to also drink plenty of water throughout the day to hydrate the skin.

Tips & Warnings
Rub coconut oil into areas where wrinkles are located nightly and leave to soak into the skin while you sleep.
Egg whites applied under the eyes help to reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
Test all natural remedies on a small patch of skin before applying to the whole face to check for allergic reactions. If redness, itching or burning of the skin occurs within 10 minutes discontinue use of the mixture.
None of these remedies are scientifically proven and this article does not intend to impart a cure for healing wrinkles.
