Instructions

    • 1

Center the sink template provided by the manufacturer on the kitchen countertop. Trace an outline around it with a permanent marker to help guide you.

    • 2

Form two pilot holes with a drill on the outline you made, one hole on each side of the sink. Push a saber saw through one of the holes and slowly cut along the line. Place a wood board under the sink to support it while you are cutting. Remove the piece of wood and countertop you cut out once you are finished.

    • 3

Lower the sink into the hole slowly. Examine the sink's fit and make adjustments if necessary.

    • 4

Rub a small quantity of plumber's putty around the drain hole and press the drain assembly and washers in place. Attach the locking nut to the drain plumbing with a wrench.

    • 5

Insert the faucet into the appropriate holes in the sink. Attach the hot and cold water lines to the faucet and secure the nuts with a wrench. Run a thin line of silicone adhesive on the lower lip of the sink. Add silicone caulk around the entire perimeter of the sink. Wait for the adhesive to dry for 30 minutes.

    • 6

Climb beneath the sink to install mounting clips. These will be installed to the bottom lip of the sink.

    • 7

Slide the mounting clips into the notches on the brackets and they should fit into place. Position the clips evenly around the lower lip of the sink.

    • 8

Secure the bolts with a screwdriver equipped with a nut-driver attachment, same size as the bolts. Push the bolts through the holes in the brackets and tighten by twisting the nut driver clockwise.

    • 9

Wipe off any caulk that oozes out from underneath the sink with a damp cloth.

Tips & Warnings
