How to Fix Stuck Arrow Keys on My Dell Inspiron 1501 Laptop

When this happens on a desktop computer's keyboard you can simply replace it for a reasonable price, but this isn't the case for a laptop keyboard. In order to fix sticky keys on a laptop, it takes a careful and precise hand.
