How to Replace the Hard Drive in a Dell Latitude C600 Laptop
Regardless of how well we care for our computers, components can and do fail. One component that can fail on a Dell Latitude C600 laptop is the hard drive. Dell has designed its Latitude C600 laptops to make this component readily accessible and replaceable.
Replacement hard drives do not come with an operating system pre-installed, so be prepared to reinstall Microsoft Windows after replacing your hard drive by having your System Restore disc set available. If you can not locate the System Restore disc set for your Dell Latitude C600, contact Dell to obtain a replacement set.
