Instructions for How to Rip DVDs Using Handbrake 0.9.2
HandBrake 0.9.2 is a powerful, free, open-source video project designed specifically for ripping DVD movies (although you can convert other video files, too). The program automatically reads DVD discs when you insert them into your computer by recognizing a DVD's main video components: its Audio TS and Video TS folders that house a DVD's VOB files. It will convert your DVD files to several formats, including MKV and MP4 files for your portable media devices, like cell phones, PSPs, and iPods.
