How to Set the Clock on a Suzuki Bandit

Manufactured by the Suzuki Motor Corporation's Suzuki Cycles division, the Suzuki Bandit is a sports-standard street motorcycle that has been in production since 1989. Over the years, Suzuki Bandits have gained a reputation for high-RPM performance and effortless handling. Each Suzuki Bandit features a digital clock to help keep you on time on the road. Setting the clock on your Suzuki Bandit motorcycle is a simple process that can be completed in just a couple of minutes.

Step 1

Put your key into the ignition of the Suzuki Bandit. Turn the key to start your Suzuki Bandit so that you can set its clock. Note that the clock-setting process can be completed while straddling your motorcycle or while standing next to it.

Step 2

Locate the "Select" and "Reset" buttons on the control panel of your Suzuki Bandit motorcycle. Press and hold the "Select" and "Reset" buttons until the minutes digits on the display begin to flash.

Step 3

Press the "Reset" button repeatedly to adjust the minutes digits to the desired time. Press the "Select" button to advance the flashing to the hours digits after you have set the minutes digits to the correct time.

Step 4

Use the "Reset" button to set the hours digits to the correct time.

Step 5

Press the "Select" button to save your changes and return the Suzuki Bandit clock to timekeeping mode.
