How to Buy Giles Farm in Fable 2
Giles Farm is located in the Brightwood area of the map in Fable II. In order to buy Giles Farm, you must have first completed "The Hero of Will" and "The Spire" story quests. After completing these quests, two side quests are made available: "The Cold Comfort Farmer" and "The Blind Date." These must also be completed in order to purchase Giles Farm.

Complete the "Cold Comfort Farmer" quest. Begin by setting "Cold Comfort Farmer" as the current quest, and going to Brightwood. Follow the golden trail to find the farmer waiting at a shack. After talking to the farmer, go towards the marked location in the direction of the wilderness at Ripper's camp. Use mainly range attacks to defeat all the bandits until Ripper is the only one left. Ripper will turn against you once all the other bandits are defeated. Attack Ripper and choose to either keep him alive to get 30 good points, or choose to kill him to get 20 corruption points.

Complete the "Blind Date" quest. Go to the farm in Brightwood and talk to the farmer to find out that his son needs to be married. Talk to his son in the barn to find out that his son prefers the company of men, however. Thus the quest is to find his son a man date by showing the son's photograph around. Go towards Bowerstone and find someone to show the photograph to. Once someone accepts, go back to the farm and talk to the farmer and his son. The father and his son will decide to move to Bowerstone, leaving their farm up for purchase.

Approach the Giles Farm and press the "A" button to examine the property. Choose to either "Buy and Move In" or "Buy and Rent Out."
