Open the course and place the DVD in your DVD player in the CD-ROM located on the side of your laptop or on the front of your PC. The best place to use an instructional video of this nature is on your computer. You can pause the DVD as needed and you will be close enough to see the stitches that are made.

Wait for the DVD to automatically start on your computer. If it doesn't, go to "Start," "Programs" and locate Windows Media Player. Click the icon twice for the program to open.
