Click on Solsie.com's site for designing wallpaper. Click on the link to the web app "Wallpaper Maker.net" listed in the text. When this page opens, download and install the web app--or access it directly at the site and then run the app. Specify whether you'd like to use designs to create wallpaper, or whether you'd like to upload photos to make your wallpaper. Use the design tool to the right, or upload tool to the left to do both. Make designs and upload photos until your wallpaper is finished. Then save the wallpaper to your computer so you can use it.

Click on freegraphics.com. Scroll through the list of links to pages where you can customize and create web content. Find one that lists wallpaper that you would like to try and click it. Click on "Create your own Graphics" or scroll down the list and choose "wallpaper." Then upload your own photos or designs to the wallpaper creator. Move objects from one place to another with your mouse. When you are finished, click "Save As" to save your wallpaper to your computer.

Click on the X3 Wallpaper Studio and click the arrow on the right-hand side to enter the site. Click on "Create wallpaper" and follow the on-screen directions. You can use the design tools, import objects, upload photos and change colors from the on-screen design site. When you are finished, save the wallpaper so you can use it later.
