      Click the "Start" button inside the operating system's taskbar.

      Click "Run" in Windows XP, or click inside the "Search" box that is positioned in the "Start" menu in Windows Vista and Windows 7.

      Type "appwiz.cpl" inside the "Run" or "Search" box. Press "Enter" and a window opens.
