These individuals are licensed and obtained special education in regards to mortgage loans to help you determine what you can afford with your yearly income. You are given a mortgage advisor when you apply for a loan. The best way to find an advisor is to find a company or bank that provides mortgages.

      Look in your phone book or search online to find a listing of all the mortgage facilities in your town. Each of these loan providers has specialized mortgage advisors waiting to help you purchase the perfect home.
