WildBlue is a satellite Internet service used mostly by people who do not have access to other high speed options like DSL and cable Internet. It requires the installation of a special satellite dish on your roof to capture the Internet signal and quality of service can be directly affected by the weather. It's generally the most expensive option for Internet service, but may be your best bet if you need high speed in a rural area.
Things You'll Need
- Internet access
- Active WildBlue account
Visit the WildBlue website at WildBlue.net. A sign-in page will appear where you can enter your username and password. If you do not know these or cannot remember them, you will need to contact Customer Care to validate your account and receive new log-in information.
Enter your valid username and password. If this is the first that you are logging in, you will need information from your installation paperwork to proceed. If you wish to be logged in automatically, check the box next to "Keep me signed in unless I sign out." This is not a good idea if you share your computer with others.
Click "Log In" to complete the log-in process.
