How to Send SAP Email to Friends

Sending a SAP email is easy to do.

Some email programs have a SAP email system built in. SAP is external email that is sent through an internal email server. If you have SAP capabilities, you can use the function to send system-based emails to parties who are not in your system. Not many programs have SAP email built into them, but if yours does, the process of sending a message to anyone you like is easy and does not take much time.

Instructions

1. Click on your email program.

2. Click on your "Settings," "Options" or "Email Settings." Choose SAP email from the list. If you do not have an SAP email option, you cannot send that type of message.

3. Configure your SAP email by putting in your email address, your IP address and the email address of the friend you'd like to email.

4. Write your SAP email in the space provided.

5. Click "Send" to send the message.
