How to Install HP Photosmart All-in-One Inkjet Drivers
You must install drivers for your HP Photosmart All-in-One inkjet printer before the computer can recognize the printer as a compatible device. Newer operating systems such as Windows Vista and Windows 7 may already have drivers installed for HP printers, or may be able to detect, download and install the drivers automatically. However, older operating systems, such as Windows XP, still require manual driver installation. You can download and install printer drivers from the HP website.
